Time for delivery & flavors are due no later than 14 days prior to your original event date. Order may be canceled without a refund if you are unable to be reached unless other arrangements have been made
Place initial order for your min servings as I can add servings, reducing cakes sizes is not possible

Deliveries require an exact address. Please notify me if your venue has steep hills, speed bumps, room being flipped, doors blocked, No AC
At set up, I will photograph cakes to confirm acceptance of Delivery & you become responsible for keeping your cake safe distance from doors/windows/heat vents and on sturdy tables.
SCULPTED cakes are secured, refrigerated, delivered over rough terrain & should not be moved after delivery & as close to event time as possible.
In cases of emergency, natural disaster (pandemic, illness, weather related emergency, Act of God) that I, KcCakelady am not able to fulfill your order an alternative will be attempted to be provided. If an alternative option is not an option and unable to provide a cake you will receive a full refund.
Colors can darken after a short time and may also add a color taste, darken teeth and stain clothing. I can not guarantee exact colors as certain colors can pull out or in frosting depending on temperatures, including humidity they may be exposed to. If I am given a swatch in person, via email I can get colors as close as my eye can see. Designs may change slightly as I do not copy others work and fondant cakes will look different in buttercream
I will take a photo upon completion of set up, it is CLIENTS responsibility to ensure the cake stays safe once delivered, on a secure table in a secure area with reasonable temperatures/humidity level. Cakes shouldn't be moved once delivered. Cakes are buttercream and heat sensitive! If for any reason you would like to request a PARTIAL refund, requests must be made in writing by the person who placed the order within 24 hours of DELIVERY & return of any unused cake portions
I will do the very best to deliver your cake in a safe & timely manner. We are NOT responsible for any DAMAGE to the cake AFTER set up is complete. On collection of the cake, risk passes to the CLIENT the moment the cake has been delivered. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product
Products may contain or come into contact with eggs, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. Cakes can contain rods that may cause injury DO NOT SMASH faces into cakes
If you elect to PICKUP, I will schedule a mutual time/location. Only 3 tiers & below can be picked up. If I make an addtl trip for no show or after 15 minutes late, there will be an addtl $20 fee to be paid to pickup. Your possession of your cake deems your cake is acceptable and meets your approval. You assume ALL liability and responsibility for your cake once it leaves my possession.
Quotes are on decorated cakes do not include flowers, cake toppers or cake stands unless otherwise noted.
If you decide to have cake stands (optional) Cakes will come on a sturdy cake drum. Please make sure any stands are sturdy,strong & level. Preferably solid, or 4 legs minimum. Cakes can be heavy and weak stands can cause cakes to collapse or lean. Cake toppers need to be 6" or smaller, flowers that you want added need to be on the cake table at time of delivery as I will do flower placement on all cakes.
