I am a Sole Proprietor (one woman business) although I do have extra help with deliveries. I do my own books, ordering, inventory, respond to messages in a timely manner when I'm not delivering cakes, decorating and have a husband of 38 years, 4 grown children & 8 beautiful grandkids so at this time I try to limit cakes to 4 cakes per weekend, but vary on size, detail and location
As soon as you have a venue or location booked is the best time. To ensure date availability, the sooner the better as dates can book up to a year out for large orders
Prices are based on detail not Occasion and start at $4.50/serving but are based on time needed, detail, flowers, fondant accents, tiers, location of delivery is usually included in final quote
You can marble any two flavors together, or do any flavor on any tier including fillings as well as one flavor per sheet cake at no addtl cost
I take the utmost care to clean and sanitize all utensils, including gloves and masks.
If you need to reschedule, I allow one free reschedule with a minimum of two weeks notice to a new date available. If you should need to cancel within 30 days of original scheduled date, you will be issued a full credit for future use to be used with in 18 months.
Cancelations with in one week will be issued a 50% credit
Yes, you can change design, flavors, venue add cake anytime up to 30 days prior to your event date. Any changes within 30 days may be an added fee
It is extremely difficult to subtract cake and charges, so I do ask that you start with a minimal order and add cake later.
Having more cake than less is highly recommended, especially if you love cake and doing different flavors on different tiers means people tend to go back for seconds or happy to take home extras.... It's that moist and delicious!
Each serving, each cake tier is approx 5" tall, 1" wide & 2" inside the cake. If you need bigger servings please adjust accordingly.
Shaped cakes are approx and minimum servings are 30
So many answers here, I love to do unique, beautiful cakes for special people with very special occasions but as far as detail.
I love unique, one of a kind, beautiful and vintage and nature cakes, I must say are my absolute favorite, second would be shaped cakes.
My least favorite are cakes completely covered in fondant. My favorite mediums are buttercream first and then modeling chocolate 🤗
